Account Supervisor or Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL), supervising junior team members, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies, coordinating with auditors and tax agents, supporting budgeting and forecasting, managing inter company reconciliations, and driving improvements in accounting processes

任职要求

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  2. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory role

  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

  4. Proficient in accounting software, such as SQL Accounting Software, and Microsoft Excel

  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  8. Accounting/Audit Firm background is preferred

  9. ACCA/CIMA membership will provide additional advantage

  10. Mandatory Scopes & Responsibility

  11. Prefer Mandarin Speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

  6. Support budgeting and forecasting processes

  7. Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations

  8. Assisting in accounting process improvements.
