Description

We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Officer to join our team. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, developing and executing PR strategies, and advising senior management on communication matters. Responsibilities include building positive engagement with customers, employees, investors, and the community, handling crisis communications, guiding spokespeople, and ensuring all PR initiatives align with the organization’s vision and mission.


Requirements

Bachelors or equivalent.

  2. Crisis management: - Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate negative situations and protect the organization's reputation.

  3. Executive counsel: - Advise senior management on the public relations implications of business decisions and coach spokespeople on communication strategies.

  4. Strategy and planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that align with the organization's vision and mission.
