The Team Building & Recreation Crew is responsible for organizing and conducting engaging team-building activities, recreational programs, and group events that promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work culture. The team ensures all activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable, fostering stronger relationships among employees and enhancing overall workplace morale.
任职要求
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
- Good leadership and group management abilities
- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor or active tasks
- Basic first aid knowledge (advantageous)
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- No experience is needed, as training will be provided.
