The Team Building & Recreation Crew is responsible for organizing and conducting engaging team-building activities, recreational programs, and group events that promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive work culture. The team ensures all activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable, fostering stronger relationships among employees and enhancing overall workplace morale.


Requirements
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
  3. Good leadership and group management abilities
  4. Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations
  5. Physically fit and able to perform outdoor or active tasks
  6. Basic first aid knowledge (advantageous)
  7. Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  8. No experience is needed, as training will be provided.
