- Organize, label, and maintain physical and digital files.
- Ensure proper storage, backup, and easy retrieval of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Assist in document formatting, editing, and proofreading.
- Support the preparation and filing of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards for document management.
