Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management • Achieve individual or team monthly sales targets for educational products. •Promote and sell various learning products, including courses, learning activities, and team-building programmes. •Proactively follow up with new and existing learners, understand customer needs, and provide suitable learning recommendations and solutions. •Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth registration, payment, and after-sales service process.

Event Participation & Learning Development • Attend at least 4 learning activities or related courses each month. • Actively participate in company-arranged training and development programmes to continuously enhance professional skills and sales performance.
