We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Senior Executive/Lead to manage multi-platform content, run paid ads, handle customer enquiries, and analyse campaign performance. The role involves planning social strategies, creating engaging content, executing Meta/TikTok ads, coordinating with creative teams, and preparing reports with insights. Candidates should have strong digital marketing knowledge, good communication skills (English & Mandarin), and familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, XiaoHongShu, and basic editing tools.


Requirements
  1. Multi-Platform Social Media Management (Facebook / TikTok / XiaoHongShu / Lemon8) -Manage clients’ social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and message responses. -Plan and implement content strategies tailored to each platform’s audience and format. -Monitor follower growth, engagement levels, and overall performance; prepare regular analytic reports.
  2. Paid Advertising & Performance -Optimization (Meta / TikTok Ads) Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with effective audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing. -Track key ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions to meet ROI goals. -Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous performance improvement.
  3. Campaign Ideation & Creative Execution -Brainstorm and develop concepts for digital marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and short-form video content. -Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure creative outputs align with brand direction. -Support the creation of monthly content calendars and marketing initiatives.
  4. Careline Enquiry & Lead Management
  • Handle customer enquiries across social platforms (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.).
  • Qualify and forward leads to the sales or client service team while maintaining accurate follow-up records.
  1. Platform Claim & Cost Management Prepare and manage Facebook/TikTok ad claim documentation and related reports.
  • Track advertising expenses and assist in preparing ROI and performance closure reports.
  1. Data Analysis & Strategy Reporting
  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Present reports with actionable insights to guide ongoing optimization strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital advertising (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  3. Proficiency in one or more of the following tools/platforms: Meta Business Suite / TikTok Business Center / XiaoHongShu Creator Platform / Lemon8 Canva / CapCut / or other basic video editing tools
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, platform algorithms, and industry trends.
  5. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin (Malay proficiency is an advantage).
  6. Creative, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
