Description
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and assist the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role combines personal assistance duties with company secretarial and corporate governance responsibilities.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of company secretarial practices and statutory requirements is an advantage.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
