Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective technical assistance across the organization. This position includes both hands-on support and strategic oversight, encompassing team leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with other departments to align IT services with business goals.

Requirements

  1. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  2. 2–5 years of IT support experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.

  3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  4. Knowledge of Malaysian business culture and local IT practices is essential.

  5. Relevant Certifications are highly valued.
